Bad comments on the carrot cake stall in Jurong Point Banquet

I went to the carrot cake stall and buy hokkien mee. I'm waiting for the cashier to serve me. Instead she sat down there folding her arms like super buay song like this. Then a malay lady just cut my queue, then she went to serve her. Ok let it be, maybe it's my mistake. Then another lady ordered popiah after me. Then she asked for a pair of chopsticks. The cashier don't even care lor. What type of attitude is this. When it's time to serve me my da bao hokkien mee, she just put the packet of hokkien mee on the table like very buay song. Please smile and show some courtesy to the customers. If not then don't pick up the job. I don't deserve to pay $4.30 for a packet of hokkien mee for this service. People, if you intend to get food from the carrot cake stall, please do not pay up until you are satisfied with their service. If not, just leave the place and buy food from somewhere else where the people are much friendlier.

Reflections on Reel In

I've just joined NTU and performed for my debut concert. Every Concert to me is like a soccer match. It's a game of teamwork and performing well in the match. The soloist is the striker, the concert master is the captain, the conducter is the coach, the instrument players are the soccer players who pushes towards the goal. The concert hall is the pitch and the audiences are the spectators.

I've improved a lot from the day I entered NTUSB. With the new intake of freshies, I hope we can become a deligent working band when it's time for concert and competition, and let us be crazy when we just want to have fun. Let not just band be our CCA, let there be soccer and basketball inside band. Let there be mahjong session inside band also. I believe that band members are not just band members only. I hope they can be crazy and bring warmth to guest players and the audience.

Finally Reel In is over

Reel In is over. What's next, elections for commitee??? What should I run for? Do I have the time to run? These are the questions that I have been thinking about. I'm just worried that I will not have time to run for commitee.

All my quizzes are coming up. 1st quiz is on 12th September Mass Balance. I better go and study.

Anyway here are some photos provided my bandmates for the Reel In.

Mug mug mug

School have just started into the second week and I'm mugging until 1:40am now. My brain have really rot for the 3 years thanks to the army. I'm depending on my friends a lot cos they are all smarter than me. Thanks for the friends that I have. Econs have been a dread to me as I have never taken it as a subject in JC. I don't understand why such simple concept, people will want to make it extremely complex then we got to study it. There are so many terms inside which I never seen people applying in my life. This problem goes to the same as biology. It's really difficult for me to understand the supper funny terms. Maths I'm coping with it, but in the end I'm still having some problems even with my dusty F maths knowledge. I hope that I can really catch up soon. Help me ok? Dar, you need to help me also. I love you my baby princess.

A nite of clubbing and about my future

I'm not a clubbing person. I went to butter factory to club with my friends on thursday. My main purpose of going there is to support my 2 friends who are nominated for hall pagents. I tried to dance, but I can never feel that I enjoy dancing. The smoke there is quite thick that I'm sick now. My throat is full of phalgm. Probably going to see doctor soon. Nevertheless, I would like to thank the Ottomans people for trying to get me to dance and drink, although I didn't see any of them turning up for my lunchtime concert the next day. I went back early because I got my lunchtime concert to go. I'm not God so I have limits. Even though I'm quite adapted to the Hall nite life, I still need to sleep. Yup, and I understand that all of you who didn't come for my lunchtime concert is due to the tiredness on the clubbing nite and sleep until late next morning.

I'm ready to study really really hard and score good results to the best of my ability. Pls ask me to play more often, but do not force me to play when I really need to study. I'm a slow learner so I may not play much, but if I play, I'll play hard. My concert is coming so please come and support me if possible.

Happy Birthday Singapore

I wish that Singapore will cut short my reservist to 7 years because the dragon babies are coming in. I wish that from this year on, I'll get more free money like the progress package and ERS. I wish that Singapore will gif me scholarship so that I don't have to depend on my parents for so much money.

The last National Day at the National Stadium, sadly to say that I never have a chance to step on the National Stadium turf. Goodbye to the National Stadium.

Hall 3 FOC

Here I met up with another gang of super siao kao people who can do anything stupid. Ottomans people are really enjoyable cos they are really people with very different background. From the most bimbotic, to the most gayish couple, to those who silently support the group, we have them all. FOC may have ended, but I hope we'll still be able to stand together and look out for one another in time of need. Thanks alot, everyone of you have made a difference in my hall life, taking care of me wherever I go. I wish to stay with you all for more than 6 months, but it seems like distance from my house tells me to allow those staying further away from NTU to come. But however, we are still one big family.
