Banned!!!
2 things that my friends and I decided to banned myself from.
- Coming out with stuns during the performance
- Drinking alcoholic beverages during times of celebration
This is for the sake of the people and the name of the band. There's a limit to where I can go. Enough is enough. I shall resume my life as a mediocre JunHan, where do I find fun? Guess I never reach the stage of fun.
Anyway, I've decided that after the exams, I'll want to go for my own singing lesson, cos I have a very very bad voice. And I do have stage fright often. I don't want something that I worked so hard to come out as a waste. I sacrificed a lot of study time to write my song and now it is dropping to the drain. I must save it. I still have musicallity.
Screwed up audition
I sung, but I couldn't get the lyrics right. That's really bad. The music was not loud enough, I'm trying to maintain balance by singing soft, but lost the tone when there is no balance. I was stopped halfway, N I think it's game over for me. Judges will only judge people by their singing.
Music and Lyrics
This is my version of music and lyrics. I composed and write this song myself, but I couldn't find enough people to sing this song for my songwriting competition. Haha. I writing this song in a classical style using the musical notations, but sadly, not all choir members can read. I'm not saying that they are bad, those who can sing, but cannot read notes have a good listening year. Acapella hasn't come out in our church before, I'm just going to create one solely for this performance. Hopefully, it'll turn out well and who knows, I will write songs for a living. Haha. Nevermind, study first the see how.
Muscle Ache
After yesterdays night of strenous exercise, I'm having a lot of muscle ache today. Went to lecture late because I overslept. Feel so tired. I really need to sleep. Someone help me to compose the song leh... Talentime prelim is this thursday4:30pm. No I'm not singing... I'm just doing song writing, then maybe put my cartoon face there.
I'm back again
Haven't blog for years. I'm now waking up in the middle of the night blogging something. I'm did not purposely wake up to blog, but because of my muscle cramps. I haven't been exercising strenously for a long long time. Now with so many things going on, I need to make sure that I'm in good physical conditions. After then band prac is over, I'll have many things going on. Let me put them in point form so that it'll be easier to read.
- City Harvest Philharmonic Orchestra (CHPO) practice for emerge
- ACJC Alumni Band Concert on 20th June
- Emerge events - Parade of schools, Captain's ball, vertical marathon, cross country, paintball(maybe)
- Canvanssing to go to Japan
- NTUSB Concert on 30th June
- Most importantly, exams are coming
I've been having irregular sleep and I often fall asleep in class. I dunno what's wrong with my sleeping habits, naturally, it's just wrong.
Maybe I just need to blog my bad habits more so that I can read them myself and my friend can remind me. Then I can push forward to attain academic excellence.
